DO NOT TRUST

These people are outright fraudsters — and I have the proof to back every word of it.

We purchased an $11,000 Rolex from them as a gift for my 91-year-old father, a man living with dementia whose previous Rolex had stopped working. They knew this. They knew exactly who this watch was for, and they used that information against us.

The watch they shipped was not the watch they showed us. We have photos. The bezel was faulty — not functioning the way any genuine Rolex bezel should. And after a single night off the wrist, it lost time entirely. A real Rolex holds a power reserve of 48 hours. This one couldn't make it through the night.

They also sent an appraisal with the watch — one that referenced diamonds. For a watch. Think about that.

When we raised our concerns, they retreated behind text messages, claiming that was their "preferred" method of communication — a deliberate strategy to slow everything down and control the paper trail. Days passed between responses. Two phone calls went nowhere. They ran out the clock on their own 3-day return window while we waited in good faith for them to respond.

Then came the excuse: their 30-day warranty, they now claim, doesn't cover watches — only jewelry. This was never disclosed to us. Never. And their response to our formal deadline for a refund? Silence.

They took $11,000 from a family trying to bring joy to an elderly man with dementia. They knew our circumstances, exploited our trust, manipulated the timeline, and are now hiding behind fine print they never showed us.

We will not be quiet about this. Every review platform, every consumer protection agency, every avenue available to us — we will use them all. They may think we are easy targets. They are about to find out otherwise.

This company is a scam they will steal your money. Do not waste your time or your money.

Firstly, we received a very good deL. Secondly the 24" Gold chain was just absolutely beautiful. Thirdly, When we took it to the refinery to check up on the purity it was exactly as advertised, 14kt gold, not under karat. And lastly, the item came quickly.
