No service at all, nobody answers the phone and no replies on my emails. Ordered 5 bags, only got one. Don’t buy , they are scammers!!

I've bought upwards of 200 bags and I deeply regret it
I've bought upwards of 200 bags, and I've been VERY dissapointed in their durability. Only about 50% are still usable less than 6 months after purchase. Some were torn on arrival, others don't drip irrigate and simply keep the water indefinitely.
The worse part is the customer service, I have an email thread dating back to May where I've sent proof of the issues and they still have not sent replacement bags, kit to fix broken bags or even the invoice to get sales taxe back. It's a real shame and I've lost too many hours trying to get a hold of them.
Do yourself a favor and do your business with another company.
