I ordered boots at the beginning of June 2026, did not get a confirmation email or number. After contacting them a few times I finally got one near end of June. Fast forward to end of July, no boots, no updates, no estimes. Will try for a refund. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. No idea about the product, as it never came.

The Boot Factory in Helsinki is absolutely the best place to buy top quality boots! An independent boot store, the owner and craftsman Pekka is hands down one of the nicest and attentive sellers I have ever worked with. Even during the craziness of COVID-19, he patiently worked with me and answered all of my questions, while also ensuring that I got the best boot for my needs. The shipping was smooth and I received it sooner than I expected.
Having seen and heard about the experiences of having boots like Wescos, Chippewas, etc. and not being able to get them in my size (much less afford their high prices), I can say with all conviction that boots from the Boot Factory are comparable if not better than Wescos, Chippewas, etc. You are basically paying for the Wesco/Chippewa name for those boots and they are not available in the size you need. Pekka and the Boot Factory are the go to place for stylish, high quality, and fitted boots. I will soon be placing an order for a custom pair of boots! Boot Factory gets five stars and my support!
