Hey Tim! Vervelend dat je niet tevreden bent over je bestelling. Ik heb je bestelling er even bij gepakt.
Je hebt Sony XM4 in-ear earbuds besteld en daarna geretourneerd. Zoals beschreven in onze retourvoorwaarden (en vermeld voordat je het pakketje opstuurde), geldt bij in-ear earbuds dat je deze alleen kunt retourneren als ze nog niet in gebruik genomen zijn. Op die manier garanderen we dat ze weer ready zijn voor verkoop.
Ik zie dat een collega eventueel een uitzondering wou maken, maar dat dat niet mogelijk was omdat de verpakking van je earbuds (deels) ontbrak.
We zijn aangesloten bij Trusted Shops & Webshop Keurmerk. Zij kunnen bemiddelen als je niet tevreden bent met onze dienstverlening, maar hebben geen klacht ontvangen. Voel je vrij om dat als nog te doen, dan kunnen zij dubbel checken of we dit goed aangepakt hebben. Als dat niet zo is, dan betalen we je uiteraard als nog terug. 💙
