I am very happy with the service from boligmatch. It was especially difficult for me as my Danish level is quite basic. Troels and Christina were very professional, thorough and quickly replied to any questions I had.

I purchased an apartment and unfortunately the seller turned out to be very non-collaborative, or even a mean person at times, and he made the process extremely more annoying. However, Bolig match put a lot of effort to help me in every step of the way: from advising to actually contacting the seller to request what was fair. I highly recommend them.

All people were helpful. I found the communication was very good and quick. Moreover, Troels is very good advisor and I certainly recommend Boligmatch for those who have no idea of house buying process. However, I would also recommend that at least the company representatives should go and look at the house oneself so, they can better advise their customer in determining the correct bidding price. Moreover, this will also let the company itself to know about the damage that are there in the house that it is going to bid on the behalf of the customer.
