I came in today for a gel polish application, and as you can see in the photos, it is an absolute disaster. There was no proper filing, no nail preparation, and zero care taken. It was done in the ugliest and most unprofessional way possible. I am so angry and upset that I’ve been crying for 3 hours. Tomorrow is my birthday and I’m going on a trip; all I wanted was to have nice nails for the occasion. Absolutely terrible. I honestly wonder what your hiring criteria even are... I’ve gotten my nails done thousands of times in so many different countries, but I have NEVER had such an awful experience.
I ended up peeling them all off with my hands right now. I truly hope no one else ever comes to this salon.( Montpellier oddyssum)

I always had good quality service and the fact you dont need to take an appointment and have time to respect really make me feel completely free. I love this brand’s concept, the girls in the shops are working quickly and the price is a plus. With the subscription I pay my services really cheap and I receive special offers every time I go to the shop. I am surprised I cannot find the same kind of concept in other countries in Europe, in Italy unfortunately this doesnt exist yet..

I should have checked the reviews before going to this rip-off place

My facial was supposed to be 1 hr - she did it in 35 mins then said was done in 45 mins & then said it was a 50 min facial
I think I know the difference between a 30 min & 50 min facial
And who does a facial in the dark
Shame on you

Pls pls do your research & don’t do any facial/ manicure or pedicure services there
They do not have a clue what a real facial or manicure or pedicure is

Maybe their waxing is good but I’ve not tried it so cannot comment

But the rest is minus 1 star

They bought somewhere a database with my phone number and have been sending SMS for several years, although I have never subscribed, never visited them, and never even visited their website. I sent a “stop” to the specified number indicated in the sms, I blocked them, I wrote them an email so that they would stop sending me their spam. But it doesn’t work. They are blatantly breaking the law and GDPR!

This company, apparently, somewhere bought a database with my phone number, and constantly sends a bunch of SMS. Their number cannot be blocked. I've already emailed them to remove my number from their lists, but never received a response. Spammers
