Update - after a few emails, Booze & Co. did cancel my order and issue a credit thru Shopify. They are struggling with back orders is the main heads up I’ll give at this point - but no updates on email once you order. I am having a similar experience as others in 2023. Ordered a Texas Tote bag on 8/29/23 and have received nothing other than paying for it. I called the phone number on the website and just goes to a fast busy - not a good sign. I sent them an email and did get a response to credit, but we'll see what happens.

Money was taken out of my account but the product was never delivered. Tried to make contact via email and live chat but they aren’t replying. Not sure if this is a mistake or a scam but would recommend avoiding this company.
