Wrong size shoes sent. Returned and sent required photos. Have sent numerous emails wirh photos of tracking number and shoes in same package as arrived. No response, no refund. Discussing service, lack of communication. Overall a horrible company to deal with. 3 months later and still nothing after more emails. Would never in a million years buy from this company or recommend them to anybody.

I bought a black bomber jacket. When it arrived it was very small and of poor quality. I thought I was corresponding with a guy called Andrew telling me I could return the item to the longest address I’ve ever seen in china somewhere for a refund or select another piece of clothing but hey you get to keep the original black bomber jacket that would probs fit a 10 yr old. That’s what he was telling me. What a joke. Anyway the correspondence ceased and I was getting no reply. So please DO NOT use this website to buy anything. It’s a scam. Stay away from them.

I ordered a jacket from Aussiemel. When it eventually arrived it was of very poor quality plus there was NO tags, & was possibly 2nd hand. They DO NOT put a size chart on their website, so I ordered size XL just in case, but the garment measured size Sml. I'm a regular size Lge, & obviously the jacket wouldn't fit so there was no option but to pay return postage to China/Hong Kong.
Essentially you end up paying for nothing plus postage & Aussiemel can send that jacket to another unsuspecting customer.
BEWARE DONT ENGAGE WITH AUSSIEMEL AS IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE POTENTIAL SCAMMERS.

I only wish I could put in half a star as I have ordered from them and they sent me a faulty item I can tell you they are making all the excuses not to give me a refund so if you are thinking about buying from these people dont waste your money and i have not received a refund as yet as they said they were going to give me so people please dont waste ya money as simple as that I'm not happy with thier service

Ordered item, took 2-3 weeks to arrive. Looked completely different to photo and clearly of very poor quality.

Warehouse is in China and you, the customer, are responsible for paying for the postage. Customer service responded once then ghosted with no indication they were going to do anything to help.

It's a scam website. I feel stupid for using it.

Ordered a grey jacket got a blue one no tags had dirt on the back looks like it's been worn sent them pics and nobody wants to reply to me to fix this problem

Item never arrived even though ordering weeks out from the event I needed it for. Email communication was completely useless.

I paid well for what I assumed was a higher quality LED clock. The tracking number given did not work. It was supposed to come from Hong Kong. It took way longer than normal and finally came in a package from what looked like Temu. The item is worthless, cheap garbage.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a cotton checked flannel lumberjack shirt on April 30th, and as of May 15th, it still hasn’t arrived.

The tracking has shown “in transit” the entire time with absolutely no updates or movement, which is very frustrating and concerning.

To make matters worse, I only recently realised this website is not Australian-owned as I initially believed, but appears to be based in Hong Kong. This was not made clear at the time of purchase.

At this point, I feel misled and quite upset with the lack of transparency and the slow delivery. The whole experience has been disappointing, and it honestly feels like a potential scam.

I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Normally good at picking a scam, but this time NOT. I purchased a pair of shoes $67 from an online company called Aussie Mel and they did not offer PayPal as payment, now I know why. They supplied me a tracking number that has never moved. I emailed the company who assured me my package was on the way.
They advertise they have a store in Melbourne with photos....WARNING, save your money and give these scammers the flick.
I finally received my shoes, NOT the colour I chose, cheap rubbish, nor do they have any indication of what the material is.
Sent me a bright blue, which resembles a poor substitute for plastic.
Not impressed. Refunds are at your own expense, so $67 for ugly cheap shoes will cost me more to return, so not worth it. Buyers beware!

I ordered a pair of cord jeans from their website $83.94 so not cheap; they looked lovely on the model and their website. When they arrived I was floored, the material was terrible, thin, cheap, and the sewing quality was worse, The jeans looked NOTHING like the photo and sizing was off by a mile. I immediately attempted to reach out (they do not have a phone number), I have sent about 5 emails and another 5 on their contacts via their website asking for a refund (they stipulate they will not accept products sent for refund without specifically contacting them prior to sending back). My next stop is the ombusman and AMEX and PAYPAL, Federal Trade Commission- eConsumer.gov to complain and request they investigate.

Ordered a dozen items. Only 1 turned up. When I checked their website their address doesnt exist. When i contacted them I got no response. When I dug further they are not aussie at all and linked to Hong Kong. Filed a complaint with scamwatch.

Bought a men's two-piece outfit and honestly wasn't sure what to expect but it arrived looking sharp and fit well. The 30-day return policy made me feel safe ordering online.
