Order took a month to get to me and then the item was very different to that pictured on their website.

I purchased a dress for 53.96 plus postage. I received a garment which were very very poor quality. A poor copy of the advertised product. I contacted the company and was offered a range of compensations. I chose to return with full refund minus postage costs. Up to this point the company accepted the agreement with refund upon receipt of goods. I emailed tracking details to the company.I have received an email stating customs are the reason for the hold up so i am still waiting for the refund

Fake Aussie company !! Received cheap quality outfits. Spent $40 to return items only to receive the goods back - unable to deliver. Website no longer exists. Bunch of down right low life scammers. No doubt they’ve opened a new business with new website doing the same thing

I ordered 2 jackets in mid March 2025 and received a reply that the order had been received and then another that the order was being shipped by Yun Express on 24th March. Despite regular emails since then, asking where my order is and then requesting a refund, I haven't heard anything .
Clearly this is a scam and I only wish I'd read the reviews before I placed my order.
Neither Aussie-Outfit.com nor Yun Express delivery is to be trusted, believed or patronised.

Just reading the negative reviews, yet another corrupt lying Chinese outlet.

I purchased the 2 piece set and what a disappointment they were. The shorts look nothing like the ones on the ad. The band rolls up and the material is fake. I have come to the conclusion that I will never buy clothes online again. These company’s should not be allowed to advertise. Thinking it was Melbourne they were come from but surprise they came from china😡

I’d put zero stars if I could. My ‘chunky knit sweater’ turned out to be thin polyester with a print. I suspect the design had been copied from a genuine company. A COMPLETE SCAM.

Sent wrong size, even in incorrect sized "bag". Does not respond to emails.

Scammers, I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered via Catch.com, package never arrived and only receive multiple excuses. Two months later, money gone and no order, replacement or refund. Avoid at all costs!!!

Biggest Scam. Constantly emailed them received one email and they have since blocked me. I ordered a dress in March and now in May and still no and still have not received it. Goodbye to my money. Under no circumstances buy from this company.

I ordered 2x dresses beginning of March 2025 it is end of May still didn't receive my items. Send emails to Courier and Aussie outfit just don't get any response. The money came out my bank the same day I ordered.
How can they still advertise if this whats going on

I ordered a dress over 2 months ago and have still not recieved it, I tried contacting the company but they have not responded to me email.

Placed order 13 March, 2 months later still not received. Company not responding to my emails

There is no option for no stars! 5 weeks of delay in sending hoodie and constantly saying sorry will check this out. Then offering discount on next purchase!! When asked for money back all communication ceased. Paypal refunded me straight away thankfully. This is a scam Do not buy from them.

Absolute scam

No customer service or follow up, my jumper hasn't arrived and i can't track it. $65 down the drain.
