DO NOTBUY anything from Zelenden AUS website , with the Aus in there name I thought they were Australian and operating from Australia, only to find out the company has an address in the UK , their Tracking Number links and Order Numbers are bogus. BAD CHOICE ...

Do not buy any products from Zelenden
The product I preferred was erectoherb. I received another product male md it did not have the same ingredients.
I contacted them they said they have rebranded this is better product. I tried the product absolutely no difference it didn’t do anything.
I contacted them again asking for a refund. There advertising says 100% refund no questions.
That also isn’t true.
Do not buy this product or any products from this company

Very disappointed with Zelenden!

I paid for fast postage but it took nearly two weeks to get my order as it was sent through standard postage!
I have been using the product for a while (nearly finished) and it has made NO difference.
Don’t waste your money as it is a scam!!!!

We have checked out the website and cannot find anything which verified the 13,000+ reviews, let alone the 5 star reviews. The website aus.zelenden.com gives a 404 error and the claims are unethical in relation to a medical device which it calims. I can't find any clinical studies to back these up and the images and reviews look like they are copied from other products. Definitely a scam website.

The product pictured on the website that I ordered was not what I received but a cheap knock off.

I received a different product than the one I ordered.
Supplier tried to tell me that it was the same product with different packaging., which was false.
The product that I received can be purchased of a number of other websites including Ali Baba for half the price that I paid
This company is a total scam!

never get what you pay for and they try to tell you that it is correct and it's not. Be careful!!!

Dont buy from this Zelenden.com. I purchased some Thyro T3 from them on 2 june and an unlabelled brand product arrived on 24 june. The bottle contained different ingredients than advertised, and didnt give the country where the product was made. When i pointed out that the ingredients contained probiotics only and not the ingredients i had purchased, the company twice took no notice and responded there was no change, that only the label had been changed. The bottle shouldve contained herbal and vitamin ingredients as listed on the advertisement. I was offered 20% refund or i could post back to china for a full refund. Ive taken the 20% as postage to return the item would cost more than the refund. I see they are still listing thyro t3 on their website. Beware.

False advertising, wrong product delivered.

This company is dodgy. Ordered a product, got something totally different. Tried to fob me off as new packaging, but the problem is the ingredients are totally different as well. You can also forget any sort of refund etc, they don’t want to know you once you point out they’ve sent the wrong product.

I ordered a product said to be made in Australia with money back guarantee etc. A similarly packaged product arrived from China 3 weeks later but with totally different ingredients to the offered product. I emailed them immediately seeking a refund, but have had no response. A complete scam. Not to be trusted - don’t buy from them. Also note, this product under a different name is also advertised by other sellers, but frankly I don’t trust their propaganda either.

Tried cancelling my order 4 times , no response.
Their shop doesn't even match what you are buying.
they are from China, not Australia

i would not even give one star. Product not working. Emailed seller on time for refund no response. Contacted Pay pal not helpful either. Their policy is refund no question asked ( haha) DO NOT BUY. Wished i looked these reviews before ordering. Hoping will save someone money

Do not buy from this company, ever!! They are dishonest and will send you rubbish instead of what you ordered. Do not believe their refund policy. It’s a myth. Doesn’t happen. This company is one of the biggest scams. They are only interested in your money. Buyer beware big time.
