If I could give less stars I would
If I could give less stars I would. The product took months to arrive but only after asking multiple times for my money back. Product arrives and it is absolutely not what was advertised. What you could see was of the lowest / poorest quality
Do not purchase as you will be disappointed
Nothing at all like the ads
Nothing at all like the ads, total rip off…and took two months to arrive
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Same as everyone else, wish I saw the reviews. Complete scam. The product advertised is not what U get. Emails for refunds ignored.
Reporting to fair work to see how I can get a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Very Frustrating Experience, SCAM!
Very Frustrating Experience if I can choose ZERO star then I will do that!
Total scam!!!
I made only ONE order with Lupoua last 30June, but my payment ended up being split into two separate charges.
After completing my initial purchase, additional offers appeared on the screen. I found these add-on displays very confusing because I could not see any clear option to cancel, decline, or go back to the previous screen for these additional offers. This resulted in additional items being added and my one order being charged in two separate amounts.
I immediately contacted customer service to cancel and request a refund. The other amount was refunded after few days, but the remaining other amount has still not appeared in either my PayPal or bank account so its been more than a month now.
I have already provided screenshots of my invoice, PayPal transactions and bank records, yet I have received inconsistent information from different customer service representatives and have had to explain the same issue repeatedly over and over again.
Thankfully, I made my payment through PayPal. If Lupoua does not refund the outstanding, I will raise a dispute through PayPal and provide all my transaction records and correspondence for them to handle.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being very careful when placing an order, particularly with any additional offers that appear after checkout. I would also recommend using PayPal or another payment method that offers buyer protection, so you have an avenue to dispute the transaction if something goes wrong.
BUYER BEWARE! Site is a scam with inferior product.
I bought this product after seeing the incredible videos on social media, but what arrived was a complete disappointment. Firstly, i got charged an extra $10 to what the total was. When questioned they stated it was an extra tax charge and that was that. The ads on the website show a stunning, vibrant, room-filling ocean experience projection. In reality, it projects a tiny, blurry, static image that barely reaches the ceiling. The build quality is incredibly cheap and lightweight plastic. To make matters worse, it didn't even come with the ocean experience slide. Postage took over a month, and now customer service is ignoring my emails for a return. Save your money and buy a reputable brand instead! Lucky i went through PayPal and i am getting a refund through them.
Zero star- scams
Zero star.
They never reply. Totally is scammer, the products which they sent is cheap torchlights like in $2 shops, not as 5D projector light as advertised. Somehow need to knock them down before they cheat everyone.
Did not receive item
Paid for a night light projector and received a tracking number which did not arrive, then received another tracking number which went to the other side of the country. I have contacted Aurexvia a number of times by email and have not received any replies.
A shame we cannot award negative stars
A shame we cannot award negative stars. The other reviewers are absolutely correct about this scam.
The projector is a piece of junk. The product I ordered and received after waiting a month, (Topacme® Night Light Projector), does nothing at all like their advertisement promised. It projects a non-moving small blurry image in a poor quality resolution and no facility to connect to wifi. It also only came with one "film" showing a crappy planet and a couple of stars, not a multitude of scenes such as aquatic like they promised. In fact, the exact opposite of the dazzling, 3d, wiFi operable unit in their Facebook advertisement.
What's more, during the purchase checkout they managed to add extra hidden fees of over $20 to what was displayed on the PayPal checkout screen.
I contacted Paypal immediately I received this junk with all the info above and I even said that I didn't want to return the product as it's a piece of junk and would cost much more than it's worth to ship it.
Despite that, the second I submitted my claim, PayPal responded with a message "Your full refund will show up in your credit card statement within 5 business days. Case Closed". I guess PayPal were already aware of these Chinese drop-shipping grifters.
I can't think of any satisfying order I've placed from a Facebook advert over the years. I don't know why I keep falling for it.
Whatever you do, stay well clear of these Aurexvia thieves.
This is a total scam !
This is a total scam !
Advertising shows an amazing whole room moving 3d picture display, but what you get is just blurry still pictures which you have to change manually !
I immediately lodged a complaint with them, but they have totally ignored me.
*** BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ***
Total rip off
Total rip off - no reply to ‘service’ for late delivery & good received were NOTHING AT ALL like the ocean experience night lights as advertised & pictured. The three tiny usb torches all projected repetitive images of a couple of different angles of planets.
….costing $77.00! …cheap tricks / worthy of $6.00. I will endeavour to get a refund.
This particular company have a very…
This particular company have a very clever way of ensuring somehow that you end up purchasing way more than you even thought you purchased and then to try and contact them to return the what then ends up being horrifically poor products you can’t get them to respond would not deal with this company ever again
absolute rubbish
absolute rubbish, misleading advertising, better off buying from temu for peanuts total rubbish, total ripoff

I do **not** recommend the Topacme® Night Light Projector.
The product I received is nothing like what was shown in the advertisements. I tested it on the first day it arrived, and the projection quality was very poor. It does not create the impressive holographic or immersive effects shown in the ads. The images look static and the overall performance is very disappointing.
I contacted customer service immediately to request a refund, but they only offered me a 20% refund instead of a full refund, even though the product did not match the advertising.
This has been a very disappointing experience. In my opinion, the advertising is misleading, and the refund policy is unfair. I would not recommend buying this product.
Misadvertised product. Don't trust this seller
I bought 2 bedroom projectors and they were advertised as projecting moving underwater and outer space scenes. Instead I received a gadget that throws a small unmoving circle of light that shows a deer on the ceiling. Very very unhappy. This is a scam and completely misrepresented product. DO NOT BUY from this company. I would give it 0/5 stars if trust pilot would let me.
Complete ripoff - and check your Paypal Autopay
Complete ripoff. No reply to emails for customer service and the product is nothing like the item advertised. Projects a tiny image completely unlike the broad panorama seen on their advertising on Facebook. The Facebook comments are obviously posted by the website themselves. Their ordering system is so convoluted that I accidentally ordered twice - I spotted the mistake immediately and sent them numerous emails but, again, no reply. I submitted a Paypal claim for both amounts and Paypal immediately refunded the first one (they're reviewing the second one) so they are also obviously aware this is a total scam.
A WARNING:
When I submitted my Paypal claim I discovered that an Automatic Payment had been set up to these people. I didn't consciously do this but the acceptance may have been hidden on their convoluted and confusing checkout page. Fortunately, they hadn't deducted anything else yet and I cancelled it immediately. I would urge everyone to check the Autopay section of their Paypal account and look out for this.
Please stay away from this website
Please stay away from this website. It is not just selling overpriced junk for 3-10x more than it really costs. it looks like a Temu branch where things shown on the website do not even close look like the ones you receive.
And to add to this, they will run it for some time selling one things and then completelly change design and start selling completelly different things.
They also run the same scam on verdanexuk.com
The payments go to a company registered In China
I reported them to shopify demanding the full refund and closing down both shops.
If shopify is not going to help I will contact my bank and they will
Absolutely hideous products
Absolutely hideous products, expensive and the products on their website are NOT the ones you receive. They are totally different but sold ass the same, a total scam. After viewing the website this business is a complete scam. Do not purchase from this company if you want quality.
EVEN THEIR TRUSTPOILOT REVIEWS ONE THEIR WEBSITE ARE FAKE
Delivery was pathetically slow, was not sent for a week.
Now I am fighting to get a refund
Truly awful!
Truly awful!! Do not buy!!! Advertising photos are absolutely NOT what you get from the product. I received only the starry sky cassette instead of that and the ocean scene and it consisted of a blurry undistinguishable blob on the ceiling. Tried to return it and was asked to provide a whole raft of information in order to satisfy them of the purchase only to be told
We can offer you two solutions:
1. We give you 30% compensation; you can keep the product without sending it back to us.
2: Return the item to its current condition if you want a refund. But we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping could be $20 or more. However, we won't credit your account in full before the shipment is returned to our warehouse, and we will give you a full refund after receiving the product. Returning either requires time or poses a loss risk.
Just a massive con
Brought the Topacme night protector
Brought the Topacme night protector - has absolutely no resemblance to what’s advertised- it’s truly pathetic and I actually feeler scammed
