Lamentamos que a entrega tenha demorado mais do que o prazo inicialmente previsto.
Efetivamente, indicamos um prazo habitual de entrega de 48/72 horas, mas, infelizmente, podem ocorrer atrasos pontuais durante o transporte que não conseguimos controlar diretamente.
Pedimos desculpa pelo incómodo causado e esperamos que, apesar deste atraso, tenha ficado satisfeito com a peça recebida e com a relação qualidade/preço.
