Mirror arrived broken, but customer service helped
I ordered a big mirror and, even tho the box was ok, the mirror inside was broken. The customer service offered to ship me a new one.
Unfortunately, I had to pay the electrician I called for mounting before opening the box, but I suppose it's nobody's fault: the box looked well packaged even inside.
Now I'm waiting for the new item.

Very responsive customer service
I had some confusion in checking out. The customer service team responded very quickly to help me through it. The delivery process was also very fast. The mirrors have not been mounted yet, so I cannot comment on the products.

Fast and well packaged
The mirror was delivered faster than expected, was very well packaged and easy to fit. If I had to criticise anything I would say for me personally the light colour could be warmer, the warmest choice for me not warm enough, I would recommend a 2700K option. For the sum of the components the price seems a little on the high side.

Customer service inexistant
I understand my product was damaged and since 30 days have passed since my purchase you cannot give me a refund or anything, but it'd be helpful if you could offer at least someone to talk to, in order to try to find a solution for the broken product. Hope for you all that the product comes to you without damages, otherwise you're left by yourself. Unacceptable.

Please, take our sincerely apology but if the package came broken, our customer should report us about it within 30 days after delivery. But this information is also included in our regulations on our website.
After that we would be able to offer a new mirror or full refund.
