I usually don’t buy from here because of my experience but sometimes they have stuff I want on discount and also there is no minimum spend for free shipping.
But what DOES bother me is that the delivery information is always incorrect and I think they do it on purpose this time. I live in a Suburb of Stockholm, extremely close to the distribution center. I ordered yesterday with Instabox and it was supposed to be at my chosen box by 14:00. It is now 18:00 and Instabox has just received my parcel, it will be delivered late tomorrow. I am not complaining that it takes 2 days since it was free shipping but I think Apotea is lying about delivery times on their website. Every time I ordered it took longer than I was promised at checkout. How should the parcel arrive at 14:00 if they don’t hand it over to Instabox until 18:00?
At least be honest and don’t fool your customers, this is consumer deception. Btw this never happened to me at any other pharmacy, they are always more transparent and accurate about their delivery times.

Hi, my experience with apotea.se is terrible. I purchased Sini shower shave. On the picture on the Internet psge it was white.
The item I have got is black. It absolutely doesn't suit to my bathroom and I connected apotea's customer service, politely explained the situation and asked to change the wrong item to the white one, which I actually supposed to purchase.
We exchanged several emails during the last week. The support needed barcode. First I provided them with a barcode from a package, after explanation with the barcode of the item.
Today I have got a replay that the barcode is correct, I purchased what I have got! They will inform their Web team to change picture to actual colour of Sini shower shave. But they will not change the item I bought.
I did check return form on apotea.se - there's no "cause of return" suitable for me: too small, yoo big, regret purchasing.
Of course I already regret purchasing from apotea, but to pay for retufn 50 swedish krona, when it is apotea sells the things which are not on pictures in their web shop!
I hope very much that I can have finally proper help and to get my money back. I don't have to pay for mistake of people who manage pictures of the website.

Best online pharmacy ever, time after time. Free shipment, always, even with a mini-painkiller order for 13 SEK. Great deals otherwise. But most importantly, fantastic customer service. Ticket/email reply within 24h, although the case was not super-straightforward. Wholeheartedly recommend!

I hadn't used Apotea for a few years but decided to give them another chance. Yet again they have no dispatched the medicine as they are under operational pressure!
Not acceptable.
Never again.

Miscommunication on delivery time when the order was placed. Impossible to cancel the order and get money back when it was not delivered as it was expected.
People need medicine asap and delivery timing is critical. If the communication on delivery was correct i would not buy and go to pharmacies.
Apotea used to be much better.

Still slow "next day" delivery. They have good prices and their intentions are to live up to their promises, unfortunately their collaboration with Early Bird does not work at all. I ordered the 21st, and they gave my package to Early Bird the 21st. But Early Bird did not deliver until the 25th. It sat in Sundsvall from 23rd to 25th, which is not supposed to happen with express deliveries like Early bird is supposed to be.

This is the last time I'll use them. Totally unreliable - promised to deliver already two days ago. No sign of any delivery yet!

This is not a clothes store where lying about availability of the goods doesn't matter.
If the medicine is in stock and shipped within 24h I expect it to be in stock and shipped within 24h as someone's health is involved.

I used Apotea for several years without any issues. This is the best electronic pharmacy.

I cancelled my order(Orderbekräftelse 120084045) in 30 mins, they said the order was at the warehouse and still shipped 6 hours later. Customer service is always ignoring my cancel request and even stopped replying, and now they force me to pay for their mistake, I have refused the delivery but still found the package at my door today. Unacceptable.

Very fast shipping and good prices for healthcare products. My only issue is that the packaging is often way too big for small items. It’s a good pharmacy, just a bit wasteful

The support did absolutely nothing. They are NOT there to help the customers. I tried to change the order 1 minuter after and the answer was that it was too late. But why?
