ApcoaFlow parking session did not end and no response from support.
Using the ApcoaFlow in Berlin, I left the parking and the session was paused and another one immediately started. Sent all screenshots asking to stop it and make sure nothing is charged extra beyond my 1h parking time to several apcoaflow support emails. Sent reminders several times. Now it is 3 days and 6 hours passed- zero reaction from Apcoa. Apcoa- if you read it here, check emails about session ID 78425891 for user ID 5609486 and stop this nonsense.

Easy and comfortable.
It's so comfortable to leave the car at the airport while leaving for a holidays. Especially at P1, which is just beside the terminal and inside the building.
I like that the system reads the license plate and I don't need to use a ticket.
So far, each time I found a free parking place.
No stress, easy access, minimum time.

It's expensive and while picking up the car machine showed me 360 euro while i pre paid 180 euro...

Terrible service
Terrible service, we took a fine inside the parking of Berlin airport for having parked "too close to another car". When we contacted APCOA they answered "we only manage sales of parking ticket, we don't manage the parking"... basically they don't offer any service beyond the sale of parking entrance, and let their daughter company manage the site and set their own rules to users

It was a good and safe place to park
It was a good and safe place to park. Only that the Einpark/Auspark is a one time use only. It would be better if you can just come in and out as long as your booking still in effect. In case of flight cancellations or whatever reasons you need to drive out again.

1 day costs 56 Euro is hard
we come back 1 day later than expected due to the weather condition (BER was closed) and I picked up my car about 16 hours later and I have to pay 56 Euro additionally. I have to say it is quite expensive.

was a good experience, but could be much better - room to improve
was a good experience. When you entering to the parking lot, you are requested to take a ticket which is indeed already paid one, but this is the bug in the process. If I am asked for plate number of my auto and I the parking facility has the system to detect that, then all things MUST be automated, entering and exiting.

Got charged for no reason.
I bought 2 weeks of parking in BER airport. At this time scale you charged by days not hours. My baggage was delayed and I spend 4 hours in queues and forms. Driving out I was asked to pay 18 Eur for extra hour. It should be free since the day not over the price for driving out at 15 is the same as 23. I was just too tired to argue. Dove away in disappointment.
