We ordered a hamper that was delivered one week late. The same day it was delivered we received more than $1000 fraudulent charges on our credit card. We only use our card for in store shopping. This was an exception for a funeral. So was traced back to using this site.

Delivery to France received efficiently and well packaged too. I commend this company for their commitment to provide fresh food over long distances. Thank you.

I received order early, service is fantastic, quality of produce is excellent. Living in Italy a taste of home is so welcome. Definitely order again and recommend to anyone.

This company does not know how to sell to the US. They put all the ownership on the buyer to import the item. Because I had no idea how to import my items into the US and the crazy paperwork I was asked to submit it ended up getting returned and they are not returning any of the amount that I paid. Its a total scam. I have purchased the same products from other sellers abroad with absolutely no issues. They should not be selling to the US if they don't know how to do it. Instead they took $85 from me and did not refund any of it. BUYER STRONGLY BEWARE.

My order arrived sooner than expected, we'll packaged especially the cold pack, ten out of ten from me, and most certainly will use again. Highly recomend.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered a hamper on 17th December as a Christmas present. It now the 10th January it has arrived. I phoned and emailed before Christmas a number of times. They didn’t respond. Will have to get refunded from my credit card

Absolutely delicious food! High quality! All meat and perishable items were well cooled, Will definitely order again. Best sausages we had since living in Italy:)

Do not buy from this company, I ordered three bottles of Berna’s sauces and they arrived and all best before date of 1st June 2024. When I rang them after sending numerous emails that they did not respond to they said the website notes they are about to go out of date - why would anyone knowingly buy out of date sauces at full price too - will be chasing refund via my credit card company !! Buyer beware !

Great, when i am in Italy and want some hearty food. There is nowhere local at all to buy sausages and bacon and its amazing how good it tastes when you finally get some.
