1-I wanted to wash my clothes. It is only working with 5x1€, i had to walk until the reception (only place where you can change). Then I put the money and the machine was not working. I called the reception and they told me someone ist coming. Aftet 20 min nobody was her! and they are not anymore answering the phone... They are just the places with 2 washmachines for all the camping place!
2- in the restaurant, they were not allowing the kids to try and choice with which game they want to buy. He told us ‚Don‘t play with it if you are not going to buy it!‘. Then I gave him my feedback and he answered ‚you can not do what you want in My Home!‘

Bungalow was Dirty, blankes were thin and unhygenic, shower didn‘t work, hair on the bed, blood on bed Frame, no one came to have a Look at the Bungalow eben though we called the reception several times,

It was nice place and the bungalow was very modern and clean. We got a strategic place, very close to the beach. But not so many animations for children :( and in kinder pool and beach too, so many flies 😭

was ok bathrooms outdated and need improvment location is good beach was nice and resturant was great food really good
trash piled up and was not taken away

Alles super funktioniert

We are very happy with the booking process. The staff was very kind and helped us with every issue, I made a mistake with the booking but it was absolutely no problem. We feel very cared for. We look forward to our vacation :)
