Less than a 5 STAR IS FALSE!!!!

From the wonderful kind and caring Amy, to Rod and his very intellectual and straight forward character… to Mr.Rob and his team helping my family and I TREMENDOUSLY in our situation. Rob is very transparent. He takes his time speaking to his clients, even as simple as a question that benefits him by nothing…
he has stayed at the office so late helping clients and their situations with all of his 15+ years of knowledge, intelligence, and compassion.
I’m so busy with my schedule but needed to come on here to say something about this wonderful business man.
Anyone that would ever waste time to leave him less than 5 stars has too much free time.
I’ve dealt with him for a couple of months straight… and he even gave my family and I some relocation money out of his cut which helped us so much and even payed for my mother’s medication.
His business is family owned, and very professional..
If you’re choosing anyone, choose them…
Not these BIG companies that could
care less how your life turns out.

I sold a lot at Cape Coral FL

I sold a lot at Cape Coral FL. through LER Construction, LLC. The transaction ran very smoothly since the beginning to end. Rob Sinofsky was very professional in his approach and make things happen. The Closing Agent they recommended was very professional also. I would do business again with them if the opportunity comes. Jose
