I'm sorry for having not a good experience with my gynecologist appointment here. I had to wait two months for an appointment in Søborg (although you might think a private hospital can give you time early because you are paying for it!). The doctor although with very good attitude started the appointment 15 minutes later than the appointment time. I was there for a reason and I also told two times on the phone that I want a detailed pelvic floor ultrasound to see the extent of the injury and the structural damage. But the doctor said he would examine manually. I asked specific questions about the tear in the muscles and the perineum while I got general answers like that is what happens when you give birth and that you will heal by time and I promise you you will get better. The doctor ended the appointment after this comment without addressing my questions and concerns and without any pelvic floor ultrasound that I initially asked for. When you pay 1860 dkk hear the same dismissive comments that you hear in the public appointments, it is waste of money and time and I feel my concerns not addressed, my questions not answered and the whole experience completely different than what I expected to get when I pay an extremely high price for getting an objective assessment about my problems. This is while the whole appointment was 20 minutes and helped with nothing although I have document from a private trusted gynecologist about the structural and muscle damage and discountinuty of the muscles in the perineum after the traumatic hospital birth in which the midwife tore my vagina and perineum with her hand. I agree that the doctor was nice in attitude but this doesn't replace the lack of professionalism when it comes to diagnosis while I knew already the problems that exist and I confronted a dismissive attitude and was sent home without any help. I feel minimized and dismissed :( and dumb that I paid 1860 dkk for an appointment that in reality isn't worth anything at all! I have also written an email to them about this but they have not replied. I don't recommend the hospital and am so disappointed by the service I got here.

Excellent they are really good doctors and nurses

I’ve used their services in the past and have been satisfied with the staff and especially with the doctors.

However, I was recently booked for three sessions within a span of two weeks without anyone calling me first to check my availability — they simply sent me the dates.

When I tried to call to rebook, it was difficult and time consuming because I don’t speak Danish, which makes it very hard to reach them.

When I finally spoke to someone to reschedule, I explained that I could attend the first session but not the last two because I wouldn’t be in Copenhagen and asked if we could find other slots. In an unfriendly tone, she replied that now she would have to rebook all three appointments because it doesn’t make sense to attend only the first one, and she made it sound like this was a very unreasonable burden.

I pointed out that nobody had checked my availability before booking me, especially for three appointments, to which she replied, “We don’t do that, we don’t have time to call every patient separately,” which I found rude and unprofessional, especially for a private clinic where services are paid for. The overall attitude made me feel as if I were obliged to use their services.

On top of this, before receiving those three appointments, I had already waited more than a month and had to call myself to remind them to schedule them, as it seemed I had been forgotten.

I had a shoulder surgery done at Aleris hospital. The doctors and nurses did a really good job keeping me informed and making sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Masih, who was my Physio, did a really good job explaining how the next weeks and months would go and answered all questions that I had. All in all a very positive experience.

My all best recommendations goes to Niels, who gave me BFO in December, 2024. It's been only a month after my operation, but I am so happy with the results.
From the first visit I felt that I am in the hands of one of the BEST professionals'. Niels was very professional, answered all my questions, carefully investigated my case and advised me on how to achieve results, that I was looking for. I was lucky enough to have an operation very quick, so did not needed to scare myself for a long time.
It was my first operation ever, so I was very anxious, but since I have gotten to Aarhus hospital and a lovely nurse got me, she calmed me down and I felt very welcomed. Everyone was very nice and sweet, I was explained about all the procedure and within an eye blink I woke up with my new breasts! Even after operation, when I was taken back to my room, I was offered a meal and drink, which was lovely. All the nurses were amazing! Big THANKS to Marlene (i hope I remembered your name correctly), who was super duper sweet! I wish all the best for all of you and keep going! I absolutely recommend this hospital and if I will want to have another operation, I will deffinately come back!

Very bad privat clinic, I do not recommend it, be careful because they steal people's money, and the services are very poor.

I regret to say that my experience at Hospital Aleris was nothing short of a disaster. The promised consultation turned out to be a mere two-minute formality, void of any meaningful discussion or comprehensive examination.Shockingly, critical tests were omitted, leaving my health concerns unaddressed. As if this weren't appalling enough, their demand for additional payment, despite already charging an exorbitant fee, reeks of deception and greed. Beware of the seemingly glowing reviews, they're likely concocted to lure unsuspecting victims into this den of scammers. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs.

I had one of the best hospital experiences. The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. Dr. Henrik Halvor Springborg, my gynecologist, displayed extensive knowledge and exceptional patience. He thoroughly explained everything and addressed all my questions and concerns. I was extremely satisfied overall.

I was operated on 04/07/2022 on my ankle (acquired flat foot) by dr. Michael Stage Pedersen. I want to thank dr. Michael Stage Pedersen, dr. anesthetist and to the operating room staff and all the nurses who took care of me. I found smiles, good mood and words of encouragement from the staff, cleaning in the room, delicious food. Thank you so much for all and I warmly recommend this hospital.

Paid 3500 DKK to visit a neurologist for a serious issue and ended up with a prescription for Ibuprofene+paracetamol. Called back 2 times to complain about the therapy (clearly) not working and be hung up and never called back.

I recently had hand surgery at Soborg. The quality of treatment by the surgeon (Camilla Ryge) and her nurse (Lotte) were second to none. Can't thank them enough for their professionalism and quality of care.

Get wrong diagnose and nobody care. Call them 3times never get call back

I visited an urologist and got nothing out of it. Although I was badly in pain and described the symptoms vividly, no sickness was recognized. Later on by visiting another urologist in another place, three problems were diagnosed. Totally I am dissatisfied with the experience I had in Aleris Hamlet hospital in Søborg and recommend its Urology department to nobody.

Fast medical help, professional and to the point.

Monday I had a biking accident and for almost a week I tried to get help from the public sector healthcare (Hilleroed hospital in Copenhagen, Denmark) with no result.

On Thursday I decided to call Hamlet. Due to big pain in my shoulder I was in despair to get a diagnosis and help before the weekend. One hour later I had an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon who could do a quick and to the point ultrasound checkup of my shoulder.
The good story is the shoulder is fine and the pain due to"only" a broken rib.
He could show me some simple fysical exercises, which help to reliefe the pain from the cramped muscles. - Wow , it can be so simple!

Thank you for this great help and the quick response! It is such a reliefe to get control over the pain.

A big hallejuja to the private sector healthcare and the big question to the public sector: why does one to have to wait for 7 hours with big pain in the emergency room of Herlev Hospital without getting appropriate help, if a 10 min. diagnosis by an expert can "do the trick" ?!
