Overall satisfying
This is the second time I used Alensa. It is easy to order online, price is not cheaper than others but competitive. Choice of the products is less than others but for me it is fine.
Distribution was fine. I paid extra to receive them via CTT as it is more reliable than free of charge distributors.
Easy to track the delivery and I received the package without fuss.
I will order again.

I would like to WARN about this company. If something goes wrong or arrives damaged, they will not take responsibility but lead you on for months wasting your time not fixing nor helping you. They do not care about their customers. I reported a serious problem with their daily lenses in February after finding a very high number of damaged lenses - over 15 from each 90-pack.(30) The damage was on the edges of the lenses, cracks which can hurt the eyes if put on. 1 or 2 can happen but so many lenses is a problem. 30 is a very high amount!
I answered all their questions, provided the requested information and evidence, photos etc and eventually sent the lenses back as requested. They then rejected the complaint because the lenses were dry, even though I had already explained that I only had used the lenses and that the damage could only be discovered after opening them. Obviously? They also only informed me much later that they expected the lenses to be preserved in solution. I bought daily lenses. How is that possible?
I have been going back and forth with them since BEGINNING of the year without a proper resolution. So for many many months!! I find the way this complaint has been handled unacceptable, disrespectful and manipulative. This is a serious quality concern, not a request for free lenses. I have used contact lenses for over 18 years and have never experienced anything like this.
After all this time, I am requesting a full refund and expect this matter to finally be taken seriously.
(Update: I provided alensa with the order number privately here as we been writing like 50 emails for the last half year, I would guess they remembered me right? They still comment and dismissed this but I AM A VALID CUSTOMER. I can send photos if needed. DO NOT ORDER THERE.

Very slow shipping and unclear order status
Four days after I made the purchase, they haven't even shipped my order. The order status changed from "paid" to "registered" only after I sent an email. But the parcel hasn't actually been handed over or dispatched. Their ai chatbot says the order is being processed for delivery within one day, and the website says fast delivery. But apparently, that's not my case.
Very poor service, I won't order again.
