I have just had to make a second (retrospective) submission which Rashid has again handled on my behalf. I echo my previous comments and would say his calm and professional approach has helped me enormously over issues where I was clearly struggling! Thanks Rashid.

I really needed help with my self assessment this year, I heard about Affotax just by searching on Google. I looked at the reviews and saw that there was all pretty decent and decided to give them a call.

I spoke with Rashid on the phone and I can honestly say, he made this whole process so easy and stress free!! His communication was great and it made me feel at ease, everything was clear and direct. His service was amazing and my self assessment was sorted reasonably quick. His price was fair, and I can assure I’ll be in contact with Rashid in the future.

Overall, I would highly recommend Rashid. If you are looking for someone to help with a tax return, self assessment or other business related issues etc Rashid will get it sorted !!!

Rashid helped us complete the HMRC filing and Corporation Tax return. Very helpful, knowledgeable and completed it very quickly. He even worked on a Saturday to help us submit before the deadline. Would highly recommend!

I found it very frustrating dealing with Affotax and then they submitted our Annual Return to Companies House with incorrect information.

At one stage it seemed that the emails were AI generated (not answering the questions I had asked). I appreciate that in a lot of cases this might be an effective way of working, but maybe what we wanted was slightly non-standard and it couldn't handle that.

So many times I found that what was sent was not 100% correct (or was not what was requested) which meant it took longer than it needed to do.

I wish we could still submit the Annual Return to Companies House ourselves, but the rules have changed so we need to use software to do it, and Affotax said that it would be straightforward to do that from what I had prepared in Xero. But they managed to get it wrong.

As they have sent me several emails asking for feedback on TrustPilot I feel obliged to give my honest opinion!

The service was outstanding. No problem at all. I'll be using Affotax again, going forward. 😊
