The order was delivered in an acceptable amount of time, and communication about what to expect when it come to my custom piece went smoothly. I’m still waiting now but satisfied with what I received while I wait.
Would of been 5 stars if they could of worked a way to send a replica of the custom with the other two pieces while the real ones were being crafted but it’s all good.

Good quality, good customer service
Experience and customer service was great. Product is as described. I did decide that the necklace was too short. I asked about replacing with a longer necklace and the process was easy, but shipping was on my own, no shipping label, thus I just didn't return. Products are great and only complaint is necklace does roll.
