Easy to set up chore lists and auto funding for weekly allowance. The child focused financial lessons are great. They can learn how to save for bigger purchases and not have to use physical money. Wonderful

This organization does not like to return your money....

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. Dealing with this organization has been incredibly frustrating, and the number of times I have had to call seeking answers regarding my refund is unacceptable. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive clear and timely information. This experience has fallen well below reasonable customer service expectations.

I'm extremely disappointed with Acorns…

I'm extremely disappointed with Acorns Early , When your money is involved, You shouldn't have to make multiple calls or wait for days just to get a basic issue like card activation and slow transfers resolved . Teaming up with #AIM HUB# has been the best pivot option for my emergencies . Good and steady payments.

Don't bother - like any other US bank but worse

I wanted simple accounts for my 4 year old son and 10 year old daughter that they can view on their iPads, so that I can start teaching them financial literacy and rewarding them for chores with small monetary rewards.

Setup process is long and tedious and it's not clear that Acorns and Acorns Early are detached services with separate parental accounts; except when you register Acorns Early through Acorns for $10 / month? I ended up with separate Acorns and Acorns Early Parental accounts trying to get this set up because Acorns Early kept rejecting my application.

My application got rejected with no reason at all given. After escalating to support you STILL get given no clear reason for rejection, and instead flippant and patronizing responses:
"If you would like to try onboarding again, we warmly encourage you to attempt creating a new account application. When doing so, please take an extra moment to ensure that your legal name, date of birth, Social Security Number, and residential address are entered exactly as they appear on your official government documents, without any typos or abbreviations."

My addresses and details are verified and correct, of course.

Usual complicated and poor quality of service from US banking institutions, there is nothing special here.
