Another Cotton Lab Reviews 

Would rate zero stars if I could. Contacted via email twice, instagram once and via their online portal. No response to any of them. I have not received my order and is also showing as no update / not delivered on tracking too. Complete lack of customer service. I will probably have to do a chargeback with the bank to get my money back since another cotton lab do no respond to customer issues.

Update: parcel collected. No where on the UPS tracking or the tracking link you supply when purchasing a product does it state where the parcel was being held. It in fact showed my parcel as flying overseas again before losing any more updates. Two weeks to respond to customer queries on the whereabouts of their order is not acceptable however you dress it up. It’s a shame because the products are great, but after order 2 items and having trouble with both, I don’t think I can trust to order again.

The product is of very good quality, and it was an easy process!

Love this store. Ordered from them a few times now. Sometimes delivery takes a bit longer than expected, but it's worth the wait.

Zipper of the performance jacket broke after just 1 time wearing it. Reached out via contact form, still no reply after a week.

Very poor customer service. I wanted to return my order as one of the item was defected and the other one didn't fit as I expected.
They have sent me a refund for the defected item (which is good), and then they closed the case flagging my order as "non returnable".
I tried to contact them but the conversation is by chat and they answer once per day. it takes ages only to explain the situation.
Don't buy here unless you are 100% sure about the size, the fit and the quality of what you are buying.

What a shambles. After 3 weeks my item is still not delivered. UPS tracking shows it’s gone to Germany twice, and back to the UK twice and still has not been delivered. They can’t cancel my order. They can’t give me any actual updates. They refuse to take ownership and say because it’s being processed there’s nothing we can do. Not good enough. 3 weeks I’ve been waiting, you keeping sending me dates for delivery, I wait in all day and nothing arrives. The next day my items in Germany again. Are you joking! Sort your self out. Poor management, poor conducting of a business. 0 stars. Absolute con artists.

I have not purchased from Another Cotton Lab before. I was anxious about buying from a European retailer (I'm in Canada) with which I was unfamiliar. However, Another Cotton Lab made the experience very positive. Fast and carefree delivery, nicely packaged, too. I purchased a knit sweater in lemon. Great rib knit with a slouchy but not too overly sized, which allows for a more tailored but modern fit. It's a quality knit for sure. I am disappointed in the lemon colour, I'll admit. It leans too heavily into golden tones for my liking. I'm very particular about the yellow I wear and I was quite optimistic about this one from the seller's online images. I felt confident that it passed my high bar of cool and not warm undertone. Alas, the knit sweater is not a clean, cool lemon. I won't reach for it often sadly, but I do like the knit and fit; I'll try to offset the heavy yellow colour with a white or black turtleneck or collard shirt. I'm pleased, though, with the brand and would certainly consider buying from Another Cotton Lab again - next time I'll opt for a sure-fire colour like black, white or navy.

Poor delivery & customer service
Took 2 weeks to come, sent to corner shop not my house and no updates via email.

We participated in a sport event organized by Puma and Another Cotton Lab, during a marathon week in Berlin. While there, we purchased a few items from the limited collaboration collection. We liked them so much that we later went online and ordered two hoodies featuring the emblematic "Sunday Running Club" slogan.
The oversized hoodies are made of good, thick cotton and feel really nice and warm. The other items we got (a running t-shirt, running vest, and bag) are cool and look great for an everyday casual look as well. The delivery process was fast, and ordering went smoothly. I liked the little touches as sturdy box, items well packed and the logo on the box. We will definitely buy more items from this brand in the future!

Fantastic experience with them.Bought a few bits and they all fitted great and are brilliant quality. Even the opening experience was great, so neatly packed and folded. My favourite brand at the moment!!

Another Cotton Lab, I’ve been looking at the range on Instagram and their website site for a while but the international shipping put me off. The order took about 2 weeks to come but I am really happy with the clothes, the quality is great and I’ve since placed a second order

Package never arrived

The items ordered never arrived from UPS and the Another Cotton customer service has been appalling.

Another Cotton have finally made a claim against UPS, but are still unwilling to make a full refund for items never received. From looking at other reviews the poor customer service at Another Cotton seems to be a recurring theme.
On the basis I have still not received a refund and it has been over a month since I ordered the clothing, I would highly recommend not buying any items from Another Cotton if you’re in the UK.

Beautiful designs but a very poor experience. After spotting the limited edition Puma collection I waited online the second the launch went live, I bagged my order and waited excitedly for it to arrive - just in time for the Chicago marathon! I received a completely different order. Customer service was pretty disappointing as I repeatedly asked the same question, “are you restocking it?”. They did not answer plainly, but kept asking if I wanted a refund. In the end I just accepted the refund. Pretty disappointed at watching the collection go live, bagging my carefully chosen limited edition piece and not having been rewarded for being online the second it launched. Just an absolute waste of time.

Amazing quality. 5 out of 5

Woke up in the middle of the night EST to place an order for the puma collab for my wife. Order was confirmed then I a week later received an email saying they were out of stock and couldn’t fulfill it. Will not be ordering again.

Amazing! Everything came so quick and is incredible quality
