Etter min erfaring har vilkårene vært uklare, spesielt når det gjelder frysing av abonnement og hvilke konsekvenser dette har.
Jeg ba om å fryse abonnementet, og i denne perioden hadde jeg ikke tilgang til tjenesten. Til tross for dette opplever jeg i ettertid at selskapet forsøker å forlenge avtalen utover den opprinnelige perioden, noe jeg verken har blitt tydelig informert om eller samtykket til.
Selskapet har uttrykkelig opplyst at de ikke vil kansellere fakturaer og at de vil fortsette å sende nye fakturaer utover avtalt bindingstid.
Basert på min erfaring vil jeg sterkt anbefale andre å være svært forsiktige før de inngår avtale.
I entered into a fixed 6-month agreement with this company. In my experience, the terms have been unclear.
I requested to freeze the subscription, and during that period I did not have access to the service. However, I now experience that the company is attempting to extend the agreement beyond the original period, which I have not agreed to.
The company has clearly stated that they will not cancel issued invoices and that they intend to continue billing beyond the agreed contract period, despite this not being part of the original agreement.
I would strongly advise others to carefully review all terms before entering into an agreement, particularly regarding binding periods, freezing conditions, and further billing.
