The company promised refund on 19.03.26 and promised, that ill receive the refund during the next 5-7 business days, today is 01.04.2026 and I have not received any refund

I finally got an answer and waiting to receive my money back.
I have been buying several products from Amorelie and some of them after a short usage just stopped funktioning. I've registered a reclamation under number 540076 and sent defected products in Juni 2025! back. Today is 18/03/2026 and have no infromation about my reclamation at all, no monez back. Its not a quality product and not proper customer service and its against the law. I live in Germany and i bought the products in Germany. I will forward this reklamation to the Central governmental Customer care.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I have opened a paypal dispute. STAY AWAY!
Item listed in stock on website, 4 days later I see in my order status the item is out of stock.
Seller doesn’t pick-up the phone or reply to emails - totally unreachable.
No option to cancel the order on their website. Nobody to talk to either. German phone # doesn’t work.
Very shady business practices.
Only way to get my money back for this item I will never receive is through Paypal complaint.
Shame!

The Christmas calendar is a joke! Lots of booklets, a cleaning sponge, bad quality little vibrating things...really not worth the money.
The customer service is extremely slow.

the article is so bad for the price. i charge it for 24 hours and still cannot use it even for 5 minutes. the speed is changing automatically and it is really almost not perceivable.

unfourtunatly you didn´t mentioned the product you are using. It´s sounds like the Womanizer Preminum when you are using the autopilot for surprising speedchanges.
If the product is broken you can return it free of charge over our return portal and we will replace it.
didnt deliver for 2 weeks. then they wrote me a email that it hasnt even been sent. I am very dissapointed. Better take a other shop
