I can’t recommend **Sanjay and A2Z Drinks** highly enough.
The customer service was excellent throughout — **quick responses, great communication, and a genuine willingness to go the extra mile** to make sure everything was sorted.
We unfortunately experienced poor service from **Yodel**, but Sanjay and the A2Z Drinks team really **stepped up when the courier let things down**, taking ownership of the situation and doing everything they could to resolve it quickly. That level of customer care makes a huge difference.
It’s easy to judge a company when everything goes smoothly, but I think you learn much more about them when something goes wrong. **A2Z Drinks showed exactly how good customer service should be.**
