I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. Within 12 hours of placing my order, I realized the dimensions were incorrect and reached out immediately to either adjust the size or cancel the order.

Despite contacting them right away and following up with multiple reminders, I received no active response or assistance. When it comes to understanding client requirements, there is a total lack of support, professionalism, and flexibility. Instead of accommodating a simple request made within hours of purchase, their complete inaction left me with no choice but to push for a full cancellation.

I would strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere if you value basic responsiveness, flexibility, and reliable customer service.

DISGUSTED!! This company couldn't get any lower in obligation and standards. They have delivered a sofa yo my elderly disabled mother and they not only refuse to help spray the protection she paid an extra hundred euros for, they also refuse to take the packaging from it away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I was very happy the way Natasha helped us in our first visit. She stayed late till 9:30 and answered all our questions. We booked this order for her outstanding service and dedication towards the customer. I came the next week to meet her and confirm my order, but she was not in and another male colleague was there who I was not happy with, but I had to order as I had to leave for vacation. My appreciation to Natasha for working extended time to support us

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I have sent yet another email regarding my order, and once again I have received no response. I have been waiting for my sofa for 14 weeks, which is completely unacceptable.

Due to the lack of communication and the excessive delay, I no longer want this sofa. I demand a full refund of my deposit and a fair resolution to this situation.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. This level of customer service is unacceptable and has been a complete disappointment.

I ordered my couches in November 2025. Discussed with a shop about delivery in April 2026. One week before delivery I called to office to ask how’s it’s going and what the expected delivery time? But… suddenly fabric has no color which I chose in November…in the same day I change colors and workers made me sure that during 4 weeks I’ll get my couches…..And of May 2026 I got update that delivery Maybe will be on week 25!!!
It’s a terrible service.
Everything what I want it’s to get my money back and forget such a terrible experience.
If I could put big zero star hier- id definitely do.

We first visited the showroom in person and then wanted to place the order online. I called them with a question and in the end the lady on the phone helped me through each step of the order and placed the order for me to insure a quicker delivery time.
The price for this quality and size of couch is really good! We are very happy :)

Ordered an anthracite sofa, received a half beige, half anthracite with wrong shape. Took 4 month to receive it, and another 1 month to prove that the delivery was wrong.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I ordered a sofa with a promised delivery time of 8–14 weeks. Not only was this deadline exceeded, but even an additional 30-day extension (which I was never informed about at the time of purchase) has already passed.

To this day, I have not received any reliable delivery date, no compensation, and no price reduction. The only way to get any information at all is by repeatedly calling them myself – there is zero proactive communication from their side.

The customer service is highly unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of offering solutions, they delay, avoid clear answers, and show no sense of responsibility for the situation.

The situation has escalated to the point where I had to involve the European Consumer Centre to seek assistance.

I have now been left without a sofa for weeks, despite having paid, and the company shows no real interest in resolving the issue.

I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.

Excellent customer service and advice during the purchase. Also, good prices for good quality. I am very happy with the experience.

The sofa is lumpy. It seems to be filled with a sort stuffing and not flat sponge. This will probably get worse with time. There is also no option to remove the cushion covers to wash them.

I had an excellent experience at A-Meubel Roosendaal. I purchased all the furniture for living room. All the furniture pieces are of great quality and will look wonderful in my living room.
The staff (Mrs. Mauritha) was extremely friendly and helpful. She offered valuable advice and honest opinions, which made the selection process much easier. It truly felt like she cared about helping us make the best choices.
Additionally, I appreciate their initiative of rewarding selected customer reviews, giving us the chance to receive our money back — a gesture that shows they value customer feedback.
I highly recommend A-Meubel Roosendaal for their professionalism, high-quality furniture, and excellent service!

The person came straight away to help but was also not too pushy. She showed us many many different types of fabrics and could help with our specific needs. This made us feel that we had come to the right place to buy a couch.
