This site is a blatant scam. They put adverts on Facebook and tiktok, then when people pay for the goods they are expecting from a different website, they instead charge them for a membership and credits on this website. When you ask for a refund they only offer a partial one and from looking at others comments, they are fishing for 5 star reviews to get full refunds, so anyone looking at trust pilot will think they are a reputable company.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!?

I had very bad experience with this company, I even didn’t know about it, they scammed me. I got an email from Rituals with my birthday present, so I paid for it and then I find out that I paid 9.99 for my birthday present which I agree with, but also I was charged another 19.30 for something else, so I just want to tell you that I was scammed. I didn’t want to sign anything, but they signed me and changed me for what I didn’t know and didn’t want. And now they not refunding my money. It’s just crazy how companies is scamming people and robbing them money.

I was led to believe I was buying an item but then had an email to say it was a membership which I didn’t want. They then made me write a review before they would issue my refund. Then stated I couldn’t have my refund until I changed my review to a positive one! I then had to contact my bank to help get my refund.

Good experience with the Problem Solving Team. They worked accordingly, were supportive, and tried their best to help resolve the issue.

i think that it was a con to get me To your site, which i didn't want in the first place, i was answering an emai which i was to believe it was from currys who i deal with a lot, should of realized you don't get anything for free, so i won't be getting the laptop then ?

The support team eventually looked into the case and agreed to refund the amount I paid.

Unauthorised payment came out of account emailled the company and is still on going for a full refund of 54 pounds

I paid for a subscription I didn’t know about when I was trying to buy fifa packs off a website however a customer helper called Raj personally helped and resolved my issue overall the website is good itself
