The best of the best the fragrance oils are the best in the market you just need a little bit and get the job done and can last days , very fast shipping

I waited 2 months for delivery which is unacceptable. I understand that you were relocating your business therefore shouldn't have taken orders that you knew you could not fulfill. Iwas also charged 2 lots of next day delivery charges...really? You should have at least refunded the postage.

There is an error on their body spray assessments making them void. They are aware of this but won't do anything about it. Speaking out about this and other issues with the company gets you blocked in the Facebook groups. They have now sold the business so all the assessments that people have purchased are all void now. What a waste of money 😡😡😡

I've spent well over £150 and I'm still waiting for my order. I've also sent several emails and messages but have yet to receive a response. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

Missing items and wrong labels sent

it took weeks to arrive ! when it did arrive the bags were split

I'm still waiting on parcels and missing CLPs out of 3 orders i've recieved one and the one order i did get i recieved another businesses CLPs

I absolutely love craftiful, this is my 3rd order now and every scent I produce are all smell lovely and doesn’t smell fake like some others, and little oils goes long way to, I love the packaging and even free clp stickers that come in clear file bag things which I think it perfect as it keeps everything nice and Nate, I am using craftiful for my small business that I’ve only just started out so I’m still learning as I go.

Awful, don’t respond to emails, calls or Facebook queries. Avoid!

They are not answering calls and haven't posted my order, which was placed on May 5th. Do not order from them; their customer service is terrible!

This company can’t commit to deadlines, offers zero customer support and is not a reliable supplier. Do not waste your time or money here, look elsewhere, not worth the trouble

Everything is always out of stock and on the rare occasion a fragrance oil is in stock they don’t dispatch your order until you email them about 3 times to enquire once you realise your order is very late. Don’t bother
