If you're lucky everything is okay.
I think the potential is there but there's still a long way to go. In my experience with my company using the service we got laptops mixed up that got sent to the wrong person (but it creates a difficult situation as it's impossible to ask it back and request a switch between employees - so it's still like that), laptop sent to employee with azerty kewboards when we asked qwerty, 1/2 months waiting time for laptops to be shipped and some laptops that we gave back to Cleaq and we're still paying for some reasons.
We also got some good experiences: phones were sent quickly, headphones as well. And for some laptops the experience was smooth.
I think it's still a very French company and as soon as you ask a different keyboard they black-out.
So basically, it depends on how lucky you are. In the future if I had another company to set up, i'd try a different service just to see what else is available

I love how we can easily renew the laptops when needed.
Only drawback is when we try go give up early the laptops, it's pretty expensive.
