They canceled again at the last minute.

They had offered the next appointment for free due to the previous cancellation. We scheduled a new date for today at 1 PM — and sure enough, 5 minutes before 1 PM, they canceled again!

CLEANWHALE has no respect for their clients.

Three weeks ago, I booked a cleaning appointment for 1:00 PM on a Friday. At 1:20 PM, I received an SMS saying it was canceled — 20 minutes after the cleaner was supposed to arrive.

Completely unprofessional. They should notify you the day before, not after the appointment has already started.

The condition of our flat wasn’t any good and the cleaning lady transformed it into livable space again! We’re very grateful for the amazing work.

Very nice lady, very well cleaned :) excellent experience

Very disappointing experience. I paid for experienced cleaner which cost me extra +20%. The cleaner immediately started listing what she would not do and asked for extra payment for everything. Despite paying more, the cleaning was rushed and superficial: the sink remained dirty, there were streaks on kitchen cabinets, and dust under the bed was not cleaned AT ALL. I was charged 120 PLN for wardrobe cleaning, but sticked dead mosquitoes with stains around were left untouched inside. When I pointed out the issue with the sink, she referred to some internal chat of theirs and that was it. It cost me 550 PLN after “discount”.

Previously, I also ordered a delivery service from CleanWhale — the level of service was exactly the same. Ten minutes before the scheduled time, they called to say they would be at least one hour late, even though they clearly knew this in advance and decided to inform me only at the last moment. As a result, I had to take a taxi back home from the warehouse.

As you can see - low quality is not exceptional case - that's how CleanWhale works.

It is very good company with very nice employees!

304 pln paid just for nothing. Actually, my friend told me that they cant give necessary service. But I gave a chance and it didn't work out. The woman didn't bring the vacuum cleaner.Which I add it in the order and it was extra money :) Anyway :) She told me that, she didn't get the message from the company on time. I didn't see any difference as to be honest. The lady cleaned around and at the end she left the bucket in the middle of the room. I ordered clean 3 window, and she told me that it is not applicable to my window, because it is not standard one. At last I paid 300 zlot for nothing. She just cleaned the window thanks to her, for the rest I can not tell the same . I dont complain about the lady, generally the service was disgusting. ( the lady was complain too much about the Polish tax service, and it was not interesting for me at all ).

This is the second time I use them. The cleaners were on time and did an excellent job except for 1 of the cleaners. I raised the issue with management and they quickly resolved it. Because of this I give 5 stars

Good cleaning quality. But unfortunately the products used were not strong enough to remove some of the stains. The service was also expected to provide its own mop and cloth to clean the floors.
