Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. Fast shipping, items were in perfect condition and just as described. I had to return a couple of things as I ordered multiple options and the returns process was so easy and quick, I received the refund within a couple of days. I'd accidentally packaged something up with the return which they contacted me about, and asked if I wanted it sent back. Amazing customer service, so pleased!

Product came a day early, which is always a bonus, and was well packaged. The item also came gift wrapped in a lovely box and since this was an early birthday present for my daughter it was a very welcome surprise. The item itself was exactly as described and I received regular updates on transit details. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
