It was my very first time trying the SkinPen treatment — actually a sweet surprise gift from my husband 😊
From the booking process to the treatment itself, the whole experience at CeriX Helsingør has been amazing. I was quite nervous before the treatment, but Nanna was sooo sweet, kind, and professional. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for from the very beginning.
Today is the 3rd day after the treatment, and I already feel really good about my skin. I’m excited to see the full results in the coming weeks!

The healthcare professional was exceptionally kind, warm, and professional. She took the time to thoroughly explain each procedure, including the costs, benefits, and potential drawbacks, while carefully considering what would be most suitable for my skin type.
She was extremely patient in helping me understand how the different treatments could support my skin in the long term. Additionally, she expanded my knowledge in areas I had previously been hesitant or even afraid to consider.
Overall, I felt very well informed, respected, and cared for throughout the consultation. I would highly recommend her services.

This place is simply amazing! The space is modern, stylish, and incredibly relaxing, with a beautiful coffee bar where you can unwind. It’s the perfect combination – enjoying Botox and fillers while sipping a great coffee in such a chic environment 😊. The staff were attentive, professional, and made the experience truly enjoyable. I have had consultations in several places, and so far my experience at Cerix Søborg with Gry stands out as the best.
From the very beginning, the communication was clear and well structured. Even before the consultation, I received helpful guidance on how to prepare, which set the right expectations and made the session far more effective.
During the consultation, I felt genuinely well taken care of. Gry took the time to listen carefully, asked relevant questions, and created a structured approach to how I should address my skin concerns. Everything was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, without feeling overwhelming.

Aalborg: 5 stars. Aarhus: needs big improvements
I recently had surgery arranged through Cerix Aarhus, with the procedure itself taking place in Aalborg. The medical team in Aalborg was absolutely fantastic—caring, personal, and supportive from the very beginning. They deserve 5 stars on their own.
Unfortunately, the experience with Cerix Aarhus was the opposite. I experienced poor communication, unanswered emails, missing information, confusion about prices, and a complete lack of follow-up both before and after the surgery. I had to ask repeatedly for basic details like the address and time of the surgery, which added a lot of stress to an already important moment in my life.
The contrast between the two clinics was huge, and it made the overall experience feel very impersonal. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for future patients.
