Do not use this company! I ordered a shirt for my husband. Totally deceived as I thought I was dealing with a small French company. Alas no. The shirt took nearly 6 weeks to arrive. The quality was shocking worth less than 5 euros and I paid nearer to 50. I am struggling to return the item as they have given me an address in China where I have to pre pay customs and pay for tracking if I send by normal international mail
I will receive only 10% of the price
It’s a total scam that I am
Just sad that I fell for.

A terrible customer service experience; I still haven't received my return slip despite numerous follow-ups. I do not recommend buying from this site!!

The product delivered was incorrect, I contacted customer service by email several times so that they would change the item for me but no response. So I strongly advise against this site

The product is not consistent with picture. I asked several time reimbursment withput answer from Celvoir. I do not recommend.

BEWARE- I order what looked to be a fantastic dress. What arrived was cheap flimsy rag. The hem is unraveled, the material is so cheap you can see through it, the craftmanship of the sewing looks like a 5 year old sewed it. Even better is the nonsense responses from "Catherine "the customer service rep. Under no circumstance should you buy anything from this company.

Goods took long time to arrive, when it did the quality was satisfactory however fit wasn't the truest of sizes.
Trying to return item is an absolute nightmare, they are not really willing to give a refund. Will offer an exchange or keep item and take 15% of price back.
