This is a scam
This is a scam. I paid for my report and entered the Reg of the car. The site shows you what the vehicle is but then asks for more money to get the report. Total fraud!
There is no phone number for support and if you try the support page it says it will connect you with an agent but never does.
Do not use this service, it’s a scam.
Having to file a report with my credit card company to get a refund.

Wrong Vehicle Report
Like many people I have my own Private Registration numbers and when I changed cars early in October 2025 I transferred my number plate to my new car.
Having watched a Matt Armstrong video on YouTube where he was extolling the virtues of CarVertical and offering a discount code I thought I'd give it a go and check both my cars.
I opted for a two vehicle check entered both registration numbers and while the report for the car I've owned for 8 years came back correctly albeit with some dubious conclusions as to its low annual mileage (some people maintain their cars regardless of cost, keep them in a climate controlled garage and only use them in dry weather) the other car which I've now owned for 9 months came back as the car I'd sold, so much for their records being up to date!
I contacted them telling them the information was not correct expecting them to update their records and send the report for my current car.
They emailed me and said they'd attach a complimentary check to my account so I could do it again using the VIN which wasn't particularly straightforward but I've finally got the report oh and guess what? The car had had its number plate changed to the one I'd originally entered, would I use them again? No.
My advice to you is: if you want peace of mind buy your car from a reputable dealership in the first place.

Excellent report, communication and response to follow up questions. Booking was easy and report very detailed. Was unable to fully complete the PPI due to an issue with the car, but Tom came back and finished the test drive once the dealer had resolved. 100% recommended service just brilliant.
