The service was very good although…

The service was very good although delivery dates appear to differ possibly due to bank holidays.
Also had a mail saying that I need to pay import tax , although this may be a bogus mail as nothing had been mentioned about paying duty on this carpet ?.
Apart from that the carpet was delivered in good condition and I am happy with the quality .

Regarding the email about import taxes, we would like to clarify that Carpet Avenue is a German company and all carpets are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany. Since your order was delivered within the EU, there are no customs duties or import taxes to be paid.

Unfortunately, the message you received was therefore a fraudulent scam email, and we sincerely apologize that this happened to you. Sadly, these types of phishing emails are becoming increasingly common and negatively affect many online customers and businesses alike. We are however very glad that you stayed cautious and did not proceed with the message.

We also apologize for any delivery delays caused by the recent bank holidays.

This is my third purchase from Carpet…

This is my third purchase from Carpet Avenue. Love this company. Carpet a runner (Balutchistan) arrived in 4 days. Safely packaged.
So much choice and always exactly as described. Though actually even better than the photos!
I highly recommend Carpet Avenue.

Great people

Great people. I initially had issues with the website but a quick call and they got straight back to me and I was able to go ahead. The carpet turned up in a couple of days and it is beautiful. Thanks to the team for getting this done for me.
