My experience with Carlisle Support Services UK has been extremely disappointing. I found the company to be neither trustworthy nor reliable in its management of staff and workplace concerns.

The Territorial Manager appeared to act with excessive authority and showed a lack of professionalism and respect toward employees. More concerning is the apparent lack of oversight from senior leadership. It raises questions about whether the CEO and higher management are fully aware of the issues staff face under certain managers.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company as an employer. Significant improvements are needed in leadership, communication, accountability, and employee relations.

If possible, I would give a rating lower than 1 star.

I would love to give them zero star as they do not deserve nothing. This is the top worst company in the UK. They are discriminator, racist and look at staff in very inferior way. They are completely disrespectful to the staff and hateful. The managers and supervisors are so bad and dealing with staff as shit. They are not educated and know nothing about management and never appreciated whatever you do for them. Working for this company is really sickening, stressful and disgusting and honestly it was my worst few months in my whole life to work for them and I cannot till now believe how I was able to endure all this mental torture in this rubbish company. My advice to anyone is not to even think joining this company at all. It was my biggest mistake indeed. Avoid them and avysuch insulting company. If really there is a just law, this company should be shut forever. AVOID THEM

The worst company to work for I worked for them for 12 years and in that time I had that many managers I lost count including one who lasted a day. I never got praise for any work I had done outside my job remit all I was there for was to clean the railway stations. And then they asked me to clean another railway station out of the blue. Then one day I got asked to go to the regional office in Birmingham I was told by my new manager for a informal chat.The next day I received a formal letter terminating my contract.No thanks for all your hard work nothing.

Worked for approximately 5, years for this company. Working in various stores. Sometimes 'double shifts', in up to 2 stores in one day. Occasionally having to 'sofa- surf', or a couple of times even having to sleep in my own vehicle, as well as grabbing an hours sleep, between double shifts. As well as regular duties, I would investigate 'p f s. Drive offs, 🚗 in store 🔎 investigations, create reports, export footage to disc, etc, etc. On quite a few occasions, finishing off reports,/events/etc: in my own time. Never missed a shift, always punctual, and covering many additional shifts at very short notice. This is not to glorify my time spent in this company; rather than to point out the lack of gratitude. No one said thankyou, or, even goodbye. No message no nothing at all when I retired.was removed from the employee portal immediately; and that was it!!. Was not impressed.

I worked at this company and had to leave due to the unbearable work culture. Certain managers and staff (such as Bi., Ch., Sa., and Ad.) In cruise Liverpool terminal site ,openly displayed discriminatory behavior, especially towards migrant workers. The environment is toxic, and management seems either unaware or unwilling to address the issue.

I urge the company’s leadership to investigate these individuals closely and take real steps toward eliminating such disgraceful conduct. Until then, I strongly advise others especially those from diverse backgrounds to stay away from this company.
