Unbelievabe experience
Unbelievabe experience. I ordered a sealed booster box (230 euros) which arrived with a dented corner. It was supposed to stay sealed for years and damage like that takes the value down A LOT. I asked them what to do, they told me they could give a small discount or replace the item. I asked for replacement, then they completely disappeared. Getting ghosted by a 4.6 star company is always a pleasure. I'm moving forward with legal actions, they don't care about consumer rights (including withdrawal window, which has not yet passed) at all. It's not my problem if you can't properly pack your orders.

Bad delivery again by SEUR
The product is great and im happy that i got the etb's.
I just don't understand why SEUR never delivers to my adress.
All other companies do, but SEUR doesn't even ring my bell or anyhing.
Every time they deliver its: you're not home and they just bring it wayy later to the pick up point. Im home the whole day until the night so if they ring ill hear it. I know you guys arent the ones bringing it so i cant blame you guys, i'm just a bit dissapointed in Seur again thats all. Thanks again for the pokemon products.
