Cargoboard is irresponsible and intentionally made very confusing and difficult a compensation process for damaged items that were secured.
I never received any compensation because in every step something new was requested. It was clear to me that this is the way the company escapes paying for the damages. I abandoned the process and lost the compensation, cargoboard earned some money but lost even more because she lost a loyal customer.

In order to review a claim fairly and in a traceable way, we generally require the standard documents, including:
Damage invoice
Commercial invoice / proof of value
Damage photos
Packaging photos
During the detailed review, additional questions or further documentation may be necessary.
In your specific case, we requested additional information on 25 Sep 2025, because we could not clearly match the invoice issuer to the shipment.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply from you, so we were not able to continue processing the case.

I am still waiting for a package shipped from Germany on January 23rd. Every time I try to get more information about the package, they say they will call me back, but they never do. Today is February 13th and they don't know where the order is.

We’re truly sorry for the long wait and for the fact that you did not receive reliable updates despite multiple follow-ups. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We have already escalated and prioritized this case at the highest level. In the meantime, the shipment could not be located because it was missing a shipping label. Since we regularly collect goods at the pickup location, the shipment could not be clearly identified in this specific instance.
The good news is that the shipment has been in transit again since February 13 and will be delivered during the course of this week. You will receive a call for delivery notification before it is delivered.

i got an email of failed delivery, and a "try to contact you" email, 1day before, than the actual delivery.
Nobobys here, nobody actually try to reach us.

We don't know where your shipment is !!!
Order Process was fine, but pickup one day late w/o any notification. Next day pickup driver came w/o calling 1hr ahead of time, so we had to rush from the office to the warehouse to pass out the pallet. Shipment to Spain was OK, but two days late, again w/o any notification. Numerous calls and requests by chat produced a stupid answer like:
"Ihre Sendung ist derzeit noch unterwegs zum Zustelllager. Leider können wir daher noch keinen Liefertermin mitteilen.
Sobald es weitere Informationen gibt, werden diese in der Sendungsverfolgung ersichtlich sein."
This makes us your customer feel very worried, if you don't know where our good are. Finally the pallet was delivered today, again w/o notification.
As you said: you are a young start-up company, so there is a long way in front of you to improve your customer service.

Reliable, hassle free
We have used Cargoboard for multiple pallet deliveries in Germany. The drop off instructions to our consignee are quite complex, however Cargoboard have handled this without issue every time. The customer service is great and easy to get in touch with.

Best company you can hire for your transport needs
This is my second shipment with Cargoboard and I cannot speak highly enough about it.
Their communication with my company has always been great. They are always so accommodating and their service is great. Great value for money I cannot thank them enough.
The only suggestion would be to be able to combine more pick up points for full truck load, this is the only reason why I was not able to use their FTL service and hope to be able to do that in the future.

Good experience working with this company. The only notes I have for future customers: do not buy the priority booking or delivery (7.5€ each), it’s worthless, literally nothing extra is adde (they won’t call to schedule pickup or delivery) and you save 15€. Also, do not worry if the tracking doesn’t show any/wrong updates; sooner or later you’ll receive the package.

The service reactive very fast but could not precide enough.
Sometime we have the wrong delivery due, Spedition pass the label to wrong Pallets and led to the Pallet going wrong place but the customer service alway say that the system said..., they do not even to read what happened real outside, just read only on the system.
