Great communication!
The first truck they sent was too big to collect the car. Ali was really helpful and advised us on what truck we would need and helped us rebook. Nige in the office rebooked us.
David then arrived on site with the correct van. However, the car was unable to move and was in a tricky spot. But her persevered, and got the car on the ramp! Even when things didn't go smoothly, communication was great and they resolved the issue!
Money was in my account as soon as David drove off with the car!

The actual service was easy to use.I booked a pick up between 12-5 and the driver turned up at 7:30 which could be understood as sometimes things crop up.When he got there there was no battery on my van so £20 was deducted that wasn’t expected but the rest of the service was hassle free.Money was in my bank within 12 hrs of the van going.The best price I had by a fair few quid.
