Good service
Item I ordered was out of stock despite the information on the website, and I received an email the next day offering me the same item with a different finish instead which I accepted, and the item duly arrived a couple of days later with a free bag of coffee beans.
Very happy with the espresso pot and the customer service.

The watch was delivered really quickly…
The watch was delivered really quickly but the dimensions were very different to what I’d expected and is much bigger than I’d hoped. The dimensions were not included in the image online and it was not possible to ascertain the size as the photos has no reference- such as shown on a male or female wrist. When I tried telephoning to check dimensions I got no answer.

Finally, good coffee!
Excellent quality goods, which we haven't been able to purchase at local stores like Lidl, Woodies or Dunnes. So happy to finally be having good coffee again! My only wish is that the plunger supplied was bigger, and that the delivery person read the note about dropping the parcel at the apartment not the main house.
