Customer service made my experience great. Originally the order was scheduled for a different day but, with ease, was able to reschedule for an earlier date and time. Also, my credit card needed to be updated with new expiration and thanks to your team, was able to update information without it impacting the delivery.

I can’t say enough great things about this catering company! Their customer support is truly top-notch someone is always available whenever I have a question. I use their chat feature all the time, and they consistently follow up on the day of each order to make sure everything runs smoothly.
What really stands out is their positive, helpful attitude. It doesn’t matter who you speak with they are all capable, knowledgeable, and bring the same upbeat, kind energy. They truly work as a team, and it shows in every interaction.
They are incredibly efficient, organized, and easy to work with. Honestly, I would hire them in a heartbeat for something as important as a wedding that’s how much I trust their service.
