Never answer back

Registered with them and asked a question which was never answered i was ignored.Their website has a lot of popups that are frankly not needed and are annoying. Not all stock has an option to simply buy it now and it seems you have to go and ask the question related to the item you cannot buy only to never get a reply to same. Plenty of builder providers out there that don't carry on like this as they have customer care teams in place but it seems lacking with this crowd.
