My withdrawal has been showing **"Paid Out"** for a long time, but I have still not received the money in my bank account. I immediately contacted customer support, provided my **bank statement** as requested, and even sent multiple follow-up emails with all the required details, including my case number and transaction token.

Despite providing every document they asked for, I have received **no proper solution and no meaningful response**. Even worse, my emails have been completely ignored.
