Thomas turned up before time,very welcome indeed.He went about his work quietly and efficiently.He knew exactly what was needed.Having failed to get 2 other Dublin plumbers to help me,it was a true relief to find 24 hour plumbers! Polite, professional and thorough.
We felt completely confident in his skills and advice.
We thoroughly recommend the service.
In addition Pamela made the booking element very straightforward. She also rang me back when I disconnected when the answerphone cut in. We discussed the problem and she asked for photos as well.
Thomas has to return with a colleague because the job needs two sets of hands. We have no doubt of a very satisfactory outcome.

Finding a leak on a toilet is never fun, especially out of normal business hours. 24 hr plumber were very responsive and sent their representative Darren out promptly. He was efficient and thorough. The problem was resolved and I would happily recommend Darren and this service.

Thomas installed an immersion and hot water cylinder. I found him to be friendly, helpful and very efficient. He removed the old cylinder and replaced it with the new one in no time at all. Everything was left neat and tidy and he made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I have no hesitation in recommending him and the company

He arrived as agreed at 7.30am Sunday and Darren was very efficient. He swiftly identified the cause of the leak and replaced the ballcock unit with everything cleaned and back to normal in less than an hour.

I had an issue with my kitchen tap and needed it replaced. I rang 24 hour plumber, they got back to me promptly and gave me a time when a plumber would come out (45 minutes approx) he arrived on time replaced the tap did a great job . I would highly recommend them great service.

I was having an issue with my immersion not working correctly and after trying to find a plumber to sort it I rang 24hr plumber having seen all the positive reviews. I initially spoke to Pamela who took my details, and arranged for a plumber (Thomas) to call out the same day. Thomas arrived a couple of hours later and had the problem fixed within 30mins. Absolutely fantastic service and would highly recommend.

We had a leak in one of our radiators that needed to be fixed promptly. The response to our query was speedy and the plumber Thomas arrived promptly. He was efficient and thorough, checking the tank pressure and bleeding radiators. The work was first rate. This was our first time using this service and it won’t be our last.

Woke up Sunday morning to a bad leak in our downstairs toilet. As we are new to the area, we were unsure who we could contact. I found this company online and
based my decision to go with them from reading their Trustpolit reviews. I couldn't fault their service, I left a message, received a call to book an appointment and we were sorted first thing this morning. Our plumber was so helpful, gave good advice and we trusted him. Really efficient service. Very easy to deal with. Our sink was leaking. Thomas arrived the next day and had it fixed in minutes. Great service.

Thomas did a great job with the kitchen plumbing in our apartment, he arrived the next day and had our kitchen drain fixed right away. Customer service was great when I had to get a callback, quick to respond explained everything. I would highly recommend to them.

I can absolutely recommend this company. Their service is excellent. I was home alone bank holiday Sunday evening when I discovered a leaking toilet. Panic! I phoned the company and Pamela talked me through locating the tap to turn off the water and even had to tell me which way to turn it!!!! Darren arrived by 9.30 next morning and work was completed in an hour...with a one year guarantee. In my opinion they are a very professional outfit with wonderfully kind people working for them.

A most excellent service! I phoned with a water heater element issue, they said they could be there within 2hrs and they were early!

Job fixed in 90mins, price way less than a previous experience so can only but highly recommend.
