Worst experience ever
I didnt got my refund as well as when reordered they increased the price last moment
Like others i also didnt got my order on time
I would really like to suggest others dont order from them

I don't want give even 1 start to tata 1 mg service they are very slow , i ordered 1 medicine and I called to customer care service for fastest delivery till now my order is not delivered and also no one has connected me for the same , this is the 2nd time we are facing this issue 1st time they guys charged 200 rs. To cancel the order BIG NO to TATA 1 MG

I'm a doctor myself. Utterly Disgusted by their service. Had ordered medicines on Aug 4. And the deliver date showed Aug 10. It's 17th August (still not delivered) and the delivery date keeps on extending and now it's Aug 21. These idiots need 2 + weeks for delivering a simple medicine. Do not use Tata 1mg. They're fraudulent.

Worst pharmacy app. Shows deliver in 60 minutes but doesn't delivery even after close to 12 hours. Chat service is of no use, they just ask you to wait, as they have no information what so ever.

After waiting for close to 12 hours, i placed the same order with apollo247 and they delivered within 40 mins.

I have ordered tata 1 mg isolate protein powder and got 4 packets of ors instead. Very pathetic experience from tata 1mg. Please don't order any thing from this website. Especially protein powder.

Too much delay in delivery of medicines which are often even readily available at local medicine shops.

I have placed order for powergesic gel and three sheets of oxetol with an Order ID: PO22026209788549.
Only gel is delivered and my order it's closed saying both medicines are delivered. I raised complaint in one mg app, they told sorry and agreed to refund. They wrote me back saying they can't refund. They seams to be legal frauds, shame on these guys for doing this kind of business by cheating on essential medicines. Please don't order from this guy.

I purchased two hair serums from tata1mg. I chooses Tata1mg over Amazon, with the expectation that I will get genuine product. They offered higher prices than Amazon. But I for both the products the seal of the product package was open from the lower part of the packet. For one serum the seal was loose on the upper side, and fully open on the lower side. And for the serum there was a plastic wrap from the manufacturer. This seal was intact on the upper part, I opened it and then the spray was not working. Then it occurred to me that I should check the lower part of the package, and found that it has been removed totally in a way that will not be apparent in simple observation.
I will never trust Tata1mg again. I felt cheated by them.

Thanks for your reply although it is only Seven days late, ( because I was promised that reply will be sent within 24 hours), but it truly
shows your commitment to serve better and better.
I appreciate your efforts in locating a simple Eye drop Myatro 0.01% but still not not able to stock it, though the same Medicine is easily
available on NetMeds and Apollo pharmacy.
But I feel you cannot be blamed for spoiling the name of TATAs, because there are thousands of medicines today, so it is very much
possible that you are not able to find some of them. Actually the Doctors are to be blamed for proliferating so many medicines that
even big Companies are unable to stock all of them. Since Apollo and NetMeds are smaller than you, so they don't have much of a
market and thus have plenty of time to locate and stock all the Medicines.
However, I appreciate you that though medicine or no medicine, you are giving free guidance on how to write excellent English.
Probably, you are aiming that patient should have a feel good factor even without the aid of medicines. This is really an innovative step
taken by you and truly commendable.
I am sorry that I have uninstalled TATA1mg App, because I don't want to trouble you anymore.

They don't answer the phone calls. When I sent an email, they replied saying I am not registered eventhough I am registered.

I would have given a 0 star if that was possible. The app does fraud on lab tests booking. Once you add your tests in the cart, post that they show you two options for delivery. One is standard delivery which is free and the other one is faster delivery which is chargeable. They do not mention there that if it is applicable on particular test or on all tests of your cart so naturally you will think that it is applied for all tests. Once all payments and collection is done and they start showing you the delivery dates they change that delivery according to the different tests and when asked for help they do not refund your amount back. Had a really bad experience with tata 1mg lab tests. The support help provided to me was Palak Kumari.

I've been ordering medicines from 1mg for many years, but the customer service has noticeably declined in recent times. Ever since the Tata takeover, my experience has been disappointing. The wait times to reach customer support are excessively long, and the resolutions provided are often unsatisfactory. The support team seems to have very little control over resolving issues and mostly ends up delaying the process. The chat interface is also cumbersome and not user-friendly. Overall, it's frustrating to spend so much time trying to get help without receiving an effective resolution. I sincerely hope 1mg improves its customer support and user experience.

NABL says  Tata 1mg does not have accreditation for some of the tests conducted by Tata 1mg.

I took a Thyroglobulin (TG) test with Tata 1mg. The results were incorrect.

We repeated the same test in 2 other labs which gave correct results and both those results were in the expected range.

When this was reported to Tata 1mg, they refunded the amount paid for Tata 1mg tests but could not give a satisfactory explanation why the results from Tata 1mg were incorrect.

When the issue was reported to NABL, NABL came back with the response QUOTE We wish to inform that the concerned test parameter is not covered under laboratory's scope of NABL accredited. Hence, we are unable to comment on the competence of the concerned laboratory for this specific parameter. UNQUOTE

When asked for a clarification,Tata 1mg Grievance Office and Nodal Officer refused to comment .

So please be warned that if you are taking tests with Tata 1mg, all those tests may not have NABL accreditation and there is no guarantee that the test results are realiable. Otherwise you may verify  first if the test you plan to take in Tata 1mg has NABL accreditation or take the tests in another lab.

1 is the lowest rating I could give else I would rate them 0, this is a useless company. Never trust them with their commitments, the worst thing is they don't even inform the customer when they split or delay the order and take them for granted. They say they expedite the order but the delivery time is double or more than the initial committed time.

An order for Glycomet Trio tablets was placed on 6 July, and ₹665 was paid through PhonePe. The tablets were returned immediately to the delivery executive after confirming with the store manager, who instructed that they be handed back to the delivery person. The store manager also confirmed that the returned order had been received and assured that the refund would be processed within 24–48 hours.

However, only ₹498 was refunded on 10 July, and that too after several follow-ups. When asked about the remaining amount, the store manager directed the customer to contact customer support. Customer support again assured that the balance refund would be processed within 24–48 hours, but repeated follow-ups were still required.

This has been a very disappointing experience. A simple refund should not require so much effort. The customer service and refund process need significant improvement.

Asked for COD after complete payment online.
First fraud website found who did change to amount afer making payment online. Website shows complete payment made online (Though the amount was changed.) Delivery person asked for COD. When said that I've made complete payment, he refuse to deliver product and delivery owner taking like goon.

First ever unethical, unprofessional behavior from website which has name tagged Tata.

They are all time cheater. They overcharged the order at the time of delivery. The full payment was done at the time of placing the order. When I complaint about the delivery boy has taken some amount from my mother, based on COD instructions. They are coming with non sense explanation and not returning the money. This kind of cheater pharmacy should be banned.

Pathetic service. Ordered on 4th July they said will be delivered next day 5th July. Now they are saying it will be delivered on 9th. If they don't have medicines in stock they should list it as out of stock. So we can buy from elsewhere. Fraudsters takes your money and make you wait. It's my heart medicine which I cannot skip even a dose.

I have received a call from their executive that you have an item in the cart so proceed and complete the payment.
The tone of the guy is very bad and continue to talk in the same tone even after I pointed it out thrice.
Later his responses are becoming senseless as well and its like wasting your time to talk so I hung up the call calling him C******a.

after a hour he made a call from his private number and threatened me to come at my home as he knows my address/profile details.

He made multiple calls from different number when I start blocking him.

They have zero privacy policy.

Its been very late today. If he continuous tomorrow, I'll surely call the local police for the help!
