I ordered and paid CHF 242 for 4 tyres (invoice CH06651692). Only 2 tyres were delivered. Afterwards, I received a second invoice for 2 tyres, which created additional confusion. I have contacted customer service several times by email and phone without receiving a response. I am still waiting for clarification and resolution.

received two tyres and it was absolutely impossible to reach anyone. Their so-called AI agent is nothing more than a fake tech barrier designed to avoid dealing with actual customer complaints. It is useless, frustrating, and clearly there to protect the company from its own clients rather than provide support.

Yes, the prices look attractive, but the service is disgraceful. Saving CHF 10 is simply not worth the risk when something goes wrong, because you are basically left alone with no real customer service. I will never order from this website again and strongly advise others to spend a little more elsewhere and buy from a company that still understands what customer support means.

Ordered 4 tires on 4.12.25. 2 of them were the wrong size. I cancelled the order. In January 123pneus picked all 4 tires but only refunded 2.
To this day they refuse to refund the other 2.
Communication is nearly inexistant. None of the phone numbers work and responses to emails are random and always very late. AVOID,

Order placed on December 18, 2025 (CHF 389.16) for 4 tires. Received on December 22, 2025. The tires are defective and cannot be mounted on my rims (confirmed by professional garage).

I reported the defect on January 14, 2026. Delticom acknowledged the defect and promised a full refund.

Three collection attempts were scheduled - ALL FAILED:
• February 6, 2026: No confirmation received, no one came
• March 3, 2026: No one came. After my call, Delticom acknowledged an "error"
• March 11, 2026: Collection promised, no carrier contact, no one came

I sent a formal demand letter by registered mail on March 4, 2026, setting a payment deadline of March 9, 2026.

Delticom responded on March 9, 2026, acknowledging:
- The defect
- Their obligation to refund CHF 389.16
- The three failed collection attempts

Today, March 10, 2026: NO REFUND has been processed despite repeated promises. My vehicle has been immobilized for 58 days.

I have now initiated a bank chargeback procedure.

Everything is fine until you need customer service.

Virtually no customer service, it's impossible to speak to an operator via phone or chat, only through artificial intelligence that does not provide any additional information beyond what can be found on the website.

Contact via e-mail with very long waiting times (even months), and e-mails arriving from multiple addresses without any contact person.

Embarrassing help service.

Not truthful. Order placed and confirmed - but no information on delivery, no customer service, and falsified data about customer satisfaction on their internet site. AI system to “provide customer support” does nothing - seems like a total scam.

Fitting partner received the wrong tyres. Contacted the customer service twice through their website: no answers. Contacted by phone, spoke to an IA, a joke. Non existant customer service, i will dispute the payment Made through my credit card company.

Absolute shite...
Able to send only 3 out of 4 tires in 2 separate shipping.
Still waiting for the last one, more than one month after the order. No one answers any email, any request for a callback is left pending.
Do yourself a favor and try someplace else.
When you call the service, you are put with a shitty AI.
Absolute dystopic purchase experience.

After more than one month and a half, my first order cancelled without notification, a new order with more than 3 weeks delay, and a delivery of 2 tires inside of 4.
All of that without answering properly on my mails and the call of more than 10 hours without answering.
Please do like me.

Fake tracking delivery (confirmed by GLS as I called them)
Very poor AI service that keep on saying that they deliver what you order which is very false

I have the same problem like anybody else from this site. I ordered 4 tires on 8.11.2025. They didnt deliver any tire. I cancelled the order no 55969654 on 21.11.2025. They confirmed the cancelation on 22.11.2025. Today I get another email that they are going to deliver the tires on 03.12.2025, another order no 23632587. It's impossible to reach the call center. They doesn't even accept the cancelation, even if it is our right to do it. I hardly advise you to not use this site. If you have any problem, they will not help you at all.

paiement did not go through, impossible to relaunch the paiement.
The command is stuck on paiement, impossible to cancel and they now send menacing email to force me to pay.
So lucky the paiement did not go trhough

Prices are more or less similar to what’s on other websites, but the delivery is just horrible. They left the tires outside of my building on an active street, free for anyone to take. No calls, no message, no nothing to say they are delivered (or even message to give an expected date of delivery). Luckily the concierge of the building saw them and brought them inside and gave me a call. Not using this company again.

Poor custumer service! Would like to cancel my order due to long delivery, but no one to talk to, no answer to my email….

On April 5 I ordered 4 tyres. After an initial delay, 2 tyres were delivered on April 16. Since then I have attempted without success to know when the remaining 2 tyres would be delivered. I asked to be called back on April 17, and as of April 23, have not been called back. I also filled out the contact form on April 17, and have not heard back. On April 23, I tried calling the customer service - I spent 30 minutes in 1st position in French, before the line was cut. When I first posted this review I was in position 7 in German (vs. 14 when I called 30 minutes ago) and so thought I would likely have to wait for another 30 minutes before I could talk to someone. I am currently in position 2 after waiting for 1 hour and 32 minutes. Doubtlessly one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered to date.
