Feels like we got scammed
Feels like we got scammed. We got services package and then charged extra for each one of them.
No refund or any other solution was offered when we found out we can not use the service how it was intended.
Be carefull about functionality they re offering.

The only thing that was offered to re-enable the service that we cannot use by functionality due to misleading information from your side regarding Zoho workplace and Flows. Only thing that was useable was campaings, but that is charged separately. We can not use it also as the whole e-mails are moved away from Zoho.
Once again be very carefull with Zoho as they will charge you extra after they got you as client.
