I earlier made a comment that this app is a scam and put my review on this platform. Later got connected with Alice from the support team.

She cleared me everything about the charges and made a refund also for the services which I didn’t opt for. Not only that, she followed up with me to confirm on the credit of the amount.

Really appreciate their promptness on customer feedback and follow ups.

Don't go for it

Don't go for it, its a scam.
I bought the plan today. It said that for 4 weeks plan its $39.99 but in introductory offer they are offering the plan in $19.99. I opted for introductory plan pricing.
Immediately there were 2 debits that happened from my CC. 1st one was of Rs. 1904.55 and another was of Rs. 4286.42. This means they not only charged me with introductory offer but they also charged me with their full pricing plan of $39.99.

Seeing two debits when you only opted for the introductory price is understandably alarming, and we want to confirm exactly what each one is with you. One is likely the introductory plan itself; the second can come from an additional study material offered at signup rather than a second plan charge - but rather than guess, we'd like to check your account and tell you precisely what each charge is for.
